Artóza 

[Arthosis]

I thought up and pushed through a program about art on Czech Television. I do the script and will also host the show. It’s called Arthosis, we want to definitively dismantle the Prague art scene – the retarded fruit of Czech society, so that a more blossoming and beautiful Arthosis may rise up from the ashes.

I don’t like galleries. I never fit into that world of artists and I think I’m still outside it. The reason why I launched Arthosis on television last year was because at least I’d be forced to start going to these exhibitions so I could see what’s going on. I’ve always been more interested in things that are thrown about on the street; things in a gallery are not the focus of my work. I prefer architecture and sculpture to paintings and galleries.
